Wild Game Processing
Processing fees must be paid in full at the time of drop off. Prices include: de-boned, cut & wrapped. Does NOT include grinding trim. (Additional $1.50 per lb. for grinding trim.)
Deer Processing: $110.00
Elk, Bear, Moose Processing: $1.00 per lb.
- Upon request, hides are returned to customer with an additional charge.
- Caping is an additional $50.00 charge. (Prefer Customer to take to Taxidermist.)
- Charge to remove racks: $5.00
- Handling of spoiled carcass: $50.00.
- Processing frozen deer is an additional charge of $15.00.
Wild Game Sausage
License and Tag are required with Trim. All boneless trim can be dropped off at any store location during business hours. Until January 1, 2008 we will be doing MIXED BATCHES only. Sausage products are priced per lb. of finished weight. Bring in 25 lbs. of trim, and take home 50 lbs. sausage.

- Fresh Brats 2.50 lb.
- Italian Bulk Regular 2.00 lb.
- Bulk Pork Sausage 2.00 lb.
